Shipping and Return Policy
Magic Wear offers secure ordering via our safe site. Once you click to the order page you will see a lock in the browser bar. This indicates that you are on a secure page for submitting your personal information including credit card info. We value your privacy and do not share your information with third party entities-ever.
An E-mail notification is automatically sent to you when the order is completed. Please review the order for any address or item corrections.
Our system does not allow for changes to orders once they have been submitted. Please call us at (916) 570-2205 to modify or cancel your order. Or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your changes.
Most packages are sent via FedEx. Larger boxes are typically sent via UPS ground, but may also be sent FedEx ground.
An E-mail notification with tracking is automatically sent to the customer when the package is picked up by the carrier.
International orders and orders with a different shipping address require extra verification. Therefore, these orders may NOT be released for shipping until they have been approved.
Orders that are shipped with incorrect addresses may be recalled, however, we cannot guarantee this service. UPS and FedEx charges a fee for a recall and/or an address correction. The customer is responsible for this fee. Customers will be responsible for secondary shipping charges when a package is re-sent.
Order Problems/Item Issues
We do our best to ensure you get the right items, but do realize that occasionally there may be a mistake. If you receive items that are incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct this issue. If the error is ours, we cover shipping costs. However, if the error was made at the time of ordering, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
