Production Time
Production can take 6-8 weeks plus shipping time. Every item is made from scratch as we sublimate your personalized design onto blank white fabric. Then it's cut and sewn based on your exact specifications (size, collar type, pocket type), undergoes a final quality assurance check, and shipped to your door!
Fabric & Washing Instructions
- Made from a very light, silky smooth, anti-wrinkle, and breathable fabric.
- Wash on the normal cycle (warm or cool water) and dry with medium or low heat.
- Iron only with a low heat setting and on a pressing cloth to prevent damage.
The Dye-Sublimation Advantage
- The ink is applied under heat and high pressure directly into the material fibers.
- The design will never wash-out, crack, peel or fade.
- The Fabric will not shrink and is resistant to water-based stains.

Returns/Exchanges are not permitted on custom made-to-order apparel.
These designs only have value to the person or entity ordering them and are otherwise unsellable.

Once your order is placed, please allow 6–8 weeks for production, as each piece is made-to-order. The full design including your custom name slots (if any) is sublimated in a single step. This means the design is heat-pressed directly into the fabric fibers, bonding at a molecular level for a long-lasting, vibrant result.
After sublimation, our production team cuts and sews each garment based on your exact specifications, including size, collar type, and optional pocket style. Every item undergoes a final quality check before it's carefully packaged and shipped to your door.
