Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges not permitted on custom made-to-order apparel (Ready Designs, Template Designs, Fully Custom Design, or Accessory Design Fees).

New, unused (or unwanted) In Stock Apparel product may be returned within thirty (30) days for a full refund or store credit provided that:

  • Prior approval is obtained from Magic Wear (Via email or telephone)
  • The product has no detectable odor
  • Product is still in its original packaging
  • Product has not been used/worn (is in new condition)
  • Unwanted items must be returned at the buyer's expense
  • All returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s account, unless store credit is requested


Please Note: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise

RETURNED ORDERS/INCORRECT ADDRESSES: Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be automatically refunded less our shipping costs and the order is then considered canceled.

Order Cancellations

It is best to call 916-570-2205 to cancel your order, leave a message if you do not speak with a representative.  Otherwise, order cancellations by e-mail (sales@magicwear.com) must be received before 2pm pacific the day the order is intended to ship Monday through Friday. 

You may try to cancel your order by email (sales@magicwear.com), but there is no guarantee the order will be stopped. We make every effort to check emails often for cancellations, but all attention is on processing orders for pick up in the afternoons and emails at that time may be missed. There is no fee for canceling an order and the pending charge is voided at that time.

WE CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
