The 6-Step Process
Step 1: Purchase a Design Fee
Start by selecting either a Template or a Fully Custom Design Fee. You’ll also submit your concept, logos, colors, or inspiration at this stage.
Step 2: Review Your First Draft
Our designers will send you a first mockup via email. You’ll have 2 free revisions to fine-tune the look — we want you to be as picky as you need.
Step 3: Approve Your Final Design
Happy with how it looks? Just reply via email to confirm your approval. Now you’re ready to order your apparel or start pre-orders if needed.
Step 4: Place Your Apparel Order
Browse the Final Order Collection to select the correct apparel style then upload your Excel order form with all custom info required (names, sizes, etc.)
Step 5: Production (6-8 Weeks)
Every item is made from scratch — your approved design is sublimated onto white fabric, then cut, sewn, and finished to your exact specs.
Step 6: Get Your Tracking Number
Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive tracking via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

**Minimum Order Quantity: A minimum of 5 pieces is required per design/artwork file when ordering short sleeve jerseys.**
Jerseys using the same artwork with different names, numbers, collar types, and/or pocket types are considered one design, and the quantities may be combined (see image below)
Jerseys using the same layout, but with different logos are considered separate designs and will be priced separately. (see below)
If you need to reorder your design on file, there’s no need to repurchase a design fee. Simply return to the Final Order Collection and use the Volume Discount Chart to reference your pricing based on quanity re-ordered.

Templates are reduced to a one-time $50 design fee since you're choosing from a pre-designed artwork file. You'll only be able to customize key details like text, colors, and player names. You may provide logos to be added to your design (we will not create them from scratch).
Fully Custom options are a one-time $250 design fee where you can request an original idea that we'll build from scratch. The sky is the limit! We can design completely unique backgrounds, characters, team logos and emblems. You dream it. We design it.

Yes, absolutely! We're happy to schedule a call to go over your vision—after we receive your design instructions via email.
Here’s how it works:
- Email us first with your full design concept, including colors, logos, placement ideas, and any inspiration images. This gives our designers a clear starting point and reference.
- Once we review your submission, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss your ideas in more detail.
- After the call, our designer will send a written recap of what was discussed before moving forward.
Keeping everything in writing is key—it ensures clarity for both sides and helps us accurately track revision limits and explain any additional design fees, if needed.

If you’ve already approved your design but haven’t placed your apparel order yet through our Final Order Collection, we may still be able to accommodate changes.
If you have 1 of your 2 free design revisions remaining, we’ll happily use it to make your requested changes.
If you've already used both revisions, no problem—additional edits can be made at a rate of $50/hour, with payment required upfront before we restart the design process.
Reminder: Once your apparel order is placed, no design changes can be made—so please review your proof carefully before final approval!

Yes, but only when ordering from our Ready Designs category. Ready Designs can be purchased as a single piece with no minimum order requirement.
If you purchase a Template or Fully Custom Design Fee, minimum order quantities apply based on the apparel or product type you select. Please refer to the Volume Discount charts above for minimum order requirements and available quantity discounts.

We recommend starting the entire custom design process at least 3 months before your deadline.
Note: Ready Designs immediately go to production (6-8 weeks) after purchase.

Our 6–8 week production timeline begins only after you place and pay for your apparel order through the Final Order Collection. This timeframe does not include the design process, design revisions/approvals, shipping time, or any customer service/communication time before your order is submitted.

We do not offer rush fees—so if you’re working with a tight deadline, it’s crucial to start your custom order as early as possible.
Note: We do not begin the design process until your design fee is purchased. Further, we operate our design queue on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, Templates & Fully Custom orders involve 2 simple steps:

Yes you can! There is no time restriction to placing reorders. This service is especially interesting for brands, leagues and teams who routinely get new members.
Please keep in mind: We cannot guarantee an exact color or material match to apparel produced several years earlier. Our printing equipment and ink options may be updated over time, and available fabric materials can also change. We will always make every effort to match your original order as closely as possible.
