SHIPPING TIMES

Most packages are sent via the US Postal Service. Larger packages are typically sent via UPS ground, but may also be sent by the USPS.

ORDER PROCESSING

Every attempt is made to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday.  All orders submitted after our 2 pm cut-off time on Friday PST are NOT expected to be picked up until Monday.  We do NOT have UPS or Fed Ex pick up on the weekend and USPS Saturday pick up is sporadic and cannot be guaranteed. 

EMAIL NOTIFICATION

An email containing tracking information is automatically sent to the customer when the package is picked up by the carrier. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Shipping charges via DHL generally includes duty and customs charges.  

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Double check your address!  If you supply an incorrect delivery address on your order-call us right away and leave a message.  Orders shipped with incorrect addresses CAN NOT be recalled through USPS.  There is a fee for an address change with UPS and Fed Ex once shipped.  The customer is responsible for this fee and it is not refunded if they still make delivery to the wrong address as they do their best-but not every package gets caught.  Address changes may delay deliveries up to 1 to 3 days.  Orders returned due to invalid addresses are automatically refunded (less shipping charges).  If we are contacted by the customer to reship an order-the customer is responsible for the secondary shipping charge even if it qualified for free shipping.  We cannot reimburse you for an order that was delivered to an incorrect address you provided on your order.  Retrieval of a package delivered to the wrong address which the customer supplied is on the customer. 

MISSING PACKAGES / MISSING ITEMS

All claims for non-delivered packages/ missing items must be made within 30 days of the ship date so we may replace and file a missing package claim. 

DELIVERY TIMES

USPS Ground Advantage: Approximately 2 to 5 business days for delivery - NOT GUARANTEED
USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2 to 3 business days for delivery - NOT GUARANTEED

UPS ground shipments will vary according to the "zone" you live in and the time you placed your order. Consider calling to confirm the delivery day when selecting UPS ground. The pickup day is NOT considered a ship day.

Please note: During the holiday season, express delivery times and ground or 3-day delivery dates may not be guaranteed. To be safe, always call to confirm delivery when time is of the essence.

IN STORE PICK-UPS

All in-store pick-up are required to present your confirmation email and matching ID to the sales clerk when order is collected. The name on the ID must match the order name.
