Production Time
After you approve your design and place your apparel order, production can take 6-8 weeks plus shipping time. Every item is made from scratch as we sublimate your personalized design onto blank white fabric. Then it's cut and sewn based on your exact specifications (size, collar type, pocket type). After a final quality check, it's shipped to your door!
Important Notes
- Logo Files: Only vector formats (.ai, .eps) are accepted.
- Logo Vector Conversion Fee is available for purchase if required.
- Raster files (JPEG, PNG, etc.) cannot be printed.
- Magic Wear branding must be present.

Revision turnaround time depends on how quickly feedback is provided.
Once your final design is approved and your order is placed, production takes 6–8 weeks to complete your custom apparel.

To ensure high-quality printing, we require logos and images to be submitted in vector format—files ending in .ai, .eps, or .pdf (created using vector software like Adobe Illustrator).
What to know:
- Vector files can scale to any size without losing quality, making them ideal for printing on apparel.
- If you're unsure where to find one, consult your graphic designer or branding team—they’ll likely have the original file.
- You won’t be able to preview a vector file unless you have design software installed—that’s okay! Just send the file to us via email as an attachment.
What’s not accepted:
- Raster image formats like .jpg, .png, .gif, .tif, .bmp, or .psd.
- Saving a raster image as a PDF does not convert it into a vector.
If you need help converting your logo, we offer a vector conversion service upon request.

No. Once we’ve started the design process, the Template fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and labor of our design team.

Template Design Fees include 2 free revisions after receiving your first draft.
If you need further changes beyond that, additional revision time is billed at $50/hour, payable in advance.

You are not stuck with the colors shown in the example photos! Utilize our Color Options textbox to describe what you're looking for and attach example images if you can.
*Keep in mind if you provide a specific Hex Code it is not guaranteed that the ink will be an exact match as we use pantone spot coloring for our dye sublimation apparel.

After approving the final design, you can purchase your desired apparel in our Order Custom Apparel section which allows you to provide an excel doc containing your order form with desired custom names, sizes, etc. and purchase your jerseys.
Re-order your design on file anytime using this same method! Once your order is placed, production takes 6–8 weeks to manufacture your custom apparel.

Individual name personalization is included with your design fee. Most customers request:
- Front Name on the player's left chest above the pocket area.
- Back Name between the shoulders.
However, you're free to choose any placement or size you prefer for your name slots. For example:
- Some clients want the Front Name running down (vertically) along the front side of the jersey, the Back Name placed at the bottom centered, or a name slot placed on the back of the collar.
- Some clients want the Name slots to appear very small and other want the Name slots to span the entire width or length of the overall jersey. You can refer to our Ready Designs category to see the default size and scale that we offer.
Important: Name slots (along with logos and background artwork) are scaled proportionally to the jersey size. That means:
- On a smaller jersey (e.g., XS), names/logos will appear smaller.
- On a larger jersey (e.g., 5X), names/logos will appear larger.
Names and logos do not maintain the same dimensions across all sizes (overall length and width with increase as you go up in size).

This design fee counts for 1 specific color scheme and overall design that can only differ by name slots, collar type, size, and pocket type.
If you'd like another color variation of your personalized Template, you may purchase a color change fee to cover the labor required to create that new design.

Templates are designed for basic customization like color swaps, text, and logo placement. If you’re looking for something more elaborate or a brand-new concept, check out our Fully Custom Design option.

Yes! Once your personalized Template is finalized, you can apply it to different garment types like jerseys, hoodies, jackets, and more. Simply select the desired garment type on the Design Transfer Fee product and proceed to checkout.
We’ll send a 2D rendering for your approval via email. Once approved, you are free to order the new garment type on the Final Order page.
