Hire us to design your very own custom Fit Flights! Whether you want to promote your brand by uploading a logo or simply have a unique design concept in mind - we are here to help.

Minimum Order Quantity: 50 sets per design and flight shape. Custom printing plates are made for every new design and every new flight shape.

Turnaround Time:

Once you approve your custom Fit Flight design and place your order, manufacturing will take approximately 6-8 weeks.

Design Limitations:

Max Colors: 2 (not including the background color). In the example below, the background color is black and the 2 colors being printed on top are white and red.

1 base flight color plus 2 colors printed on top
2 free revisions after you receive your first draft
Design stored for life for easy reorders
Design can be transferred onto any other shape for no additional charge

The following table has factored in all additional costs to create custom made-to-order flights, including printing plates, shipping from Fit Flight and shipping your final order out to you:

*You cannot combine shapes and/or different designs to hit the above seen volume discounts. For example, 50 sets of Standard and 50 sets of Slim flights do not equate the 100 sets price of $700.

2 Step Payment Process:

Purchase the Custom Design Fee. This covers the creation of the full design, including the vector conversion of your logo and assigning flight ink colors
Order Your Fit Flights. After you approve your final design via email, simply visit the Custom Apparel > Final Order page to purchase.

Returns/Exchanges of the Fully Custom Design Fees are not permitted once we have started the design process.
